New Pupil Form – Sam

Before your first lesson, there are a few things we need to know. You will need to have to hand your driving licence and national insurance number.

Please fill in the form below with your details, driving experience and driving licence details. Should you require your Instructor to pick you up at an address different to your home address, please ensure you inform your Instructor 48 hours before your first lesson.

Upon clicking on ‘submit’ at the end of the form you will be redirected to a confirmation page. If this doesn’t happen, please scroll through the form and ensure all boxes are filled correctly. If you have any further difficulties completing the below form, please contact your Instructor.

    Before we can let you drive our cars and prior to your first lesson, we need to check your license for any endorsement or penalty points. To enable us to check your licence, we need a few details from you along with a 'check code'.

    A 'check code' is not your driving licence number. It is a unique code generated via the government website and is only valid for 21 days.

    To obtain your check code, please click this link: https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence

    1. Click on ‘Start Now’

    2. Enter your driving licence number, your National Insurance number and your Postcode.

    3. Visit the fourth tab titled 'Share your licence information'

    4. Click on the green 'Get code'

    5. A unique code will then be generated. Please copy and paste the code exactly as it appears into the box below.
